Nick founded the company in 1995 following a career in the Royal Air Force in the Air Movements Branch based at RAF Northolt, Brize Norton and Belize in Central America co-ordinating cargo ground operations in support of military operations worldwide . While attached to 32 Squadron Royal Flight, Nick was responsible of the quick and efficient transit of the Royal Family, visiting Heads of State, Government officials and celebrities through London at both RAF Northolt, London Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Nick also heads up the companies commercial development team.

Becky joined Weston Aviation in 2006 as Regional Manager at our Durham Tees Valley operation and oversaw the development of our new Business Aviation Centre at the airport in 2009. Becky took up the newly created position of General Manager in 2010 to assist with the commercial development of our four UK FBO locations. Becky was further promoted in October 2014 to Operations Director to oversee the operational development of our expanding network of FBO locations. In December 2015 Becky became Managing Director UK and in February 2017 took on the role of Managing Director UK & Ireland.

Nicole joined the Weston Aviation team in October 2019. Having worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for over 20 years and living in the Cotswolds, her appointment couldn’t have been more timely to help build awareness of Gloucestershire Airport, Weston Aviation’s services across the UK and Europe, regional airport partnerships along with heading up the private jet charter team for global travel.

Ruth joined Weston Aviation in 2019 as Aviation Fuel Manager. Formerly with Air BP, Ruth was Account Manager of GA Fuel Sales in the UK and brings to the company 23 years’ experience within the oil industry, and 7 years within aviation, building relationships and networks worldwide. Ruth has joined the Weston Aviation team to lead a new phase of development of fuel sales expansion and tenders.

Paul joined Weston Aviation in October 2015 and brings with him a wealth of aviation experience. Paul worked at Cork Airport for 12 years with Servisair/Swissport. He is well versed in business aviation after heading up their executive ground handling team for the past five years. Prior to that Paul worked for Ryanair, giving him fifteen years’ experience in aviation. Paul is an avid aviation enthusiast and photographer.

Nicky joined the Flight Operations team at Newquay in 2010 after discovering her love for aviation in the role of Passenger Services Agent at Cornwall Airport Newquay.
With additional experience working in Air Operations for the MoD at RNAS Culdrose, Nicky brings a diverse knowledge of aviation to the team at Cornwall Airport Newquay.
As an integral member of the team, Nicky was promoted to Flight Support Manager in 2021 and is now responsible for the continued growth and success of the NQY FBO.

Rob started his aviation career at Humberside Airport with Eastern Airways, going on to work for the Airport in a variety of aviation related roles. in 2015, Rob joined Weston Aviation as an Operations Officer and was instrumental in helping to build the FBO team. In 2019, Rob was promoted to Flight Support Manager and now manages an ever expanding team at our HUY FBO location.

Simon joined Weston Aviation in September 2019 and brings with him a wealth of over forty years’ aviation experience. Previously working for both Servisair / Aviance  and Swissport, his aviation experience also includes working for Air Malta and FlyBe at Manchester Airport. Simon now heads up an experienced team at Manchester airport.
